Just this week we have had several articles in the newspaper and on local news that properties are moving at a rapid rate. We are definitely moving forward. I did a search on the MLS and found 30 homes closed in the past three months in Lee County Listed over $1,000,000. WOW! It is becoming increasingly difficult to find a perfect home at the price it was last month.
